Moe came out and worked on my AC unit it seems to be fixed , good job . All the techs were good and did a good job. The product was the issue , being a new unit .

Have been a satisfied customer for 13 years. This company has gone from excellent to poor on installation and service. Not sure what has happened but proceed with caution if you are considering working with them. We purchased a top of the line system within the past year that has required service 4 times and is currently not working again. Recent response from them has been poor leaving me without AC for a week at the least. Problem has not been fixed as of this post.

First, I’m sorry I did not get the name of two men working here last night on my generator. They got here after 5 pm on a Friday night and worked for almost two hours on our generac. They deserve a steak dinner, not a lunch! I would think you could pull the repair order for our address at 156 Sand Pine Place and find out who was here, and you should, because these guys deserve to be recognized! They were the best ! Efficient, professional, dedicated! You can’t get better guys than that!
On the other hand, your new answering service people need more training. They were super nice but unaware of how to properly schedule your customers! The first guy told me they could be here the same day after 1 pm. Well, that didn’t happen. After cancelling my afternoon plans which were very important, I got home and called a second time to try and pinpoint a more specific time. This time a girl said she couldn’t find an assigned tech on the board and would check and call me right back. That didn’t happen. I finally reached the office to be told you never do same day service and the answering company had assigned an electrician, not a generator tech! Geesh! Get these people some more training!
Of course, we have done business with you guys for years and know that your people have always been awesome. Please buy those techs a steak lunch!

We had two different teams out here and they were very responsive and professional. We had to install installation units installed. It was done on one daytime frame. Cleaned up after themselves nothing was left behind and they were very professional and courteous throughout the installation process with both teams. I would highly recommend this company for any of your air condition. Heating needs.

Wanted to charge me $49 for a diagnosis of my problem. Now have to order parts for the issue my smart thermostat identifies. This is a 5 ton expensive Lennox A/C unit 3 years old under warranty evidently for parts and not for labor to install those parts.

They did a great job with the new Lennox 4 ton AC. Good to have a team like Advanced air working for us.
