Needed a battery replacement recently and they removed the old battery and replaced it for me.
Yesterday, my car wouldn't start. After contacting the store, the regional and district manager offered to come to my home to diagnose the problem.
It eventually turned out to be a blown fuse for the starter cylinenoid.
Already had a replacement fuse, they installed it and my car is on the road again with no issues.
They wanted nothing but a handshake and a thank you in return.
Best customer service that I have ever received.
