We stayed here Jan 6 through 8, 2025 because the rate was $80 per night and their avg Travelocity review rating was 8.0. The room was dirty and tiny with almost no place to put your luggage. The bathroom is tiny and disgusting and the moisture never goes away so the toilet seat and floors and showers were always wet.

Comfy beds, great wifi, good service and great price this motel is the best cleanest and cheapest motel you will find in the area if your looking to stay a few nights its worth it

This is the.most quaint, quiet and wonderful place to stay. I love the pool area and the rooms. And the staff, husband and wife, are so amazing. I didn't want to spell their names wrong, lol. We come here now every time we go fishing. Already made reservations for my husband's 65th. Dora and Walter Cole will see you in August!

Stayed here for the weekend. Rooms are simple, clean and well kept. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The pool was nice and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again! The only thing I wish there was, a full length mirror. 😊

I liked this little motel. It was reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly. They have a nice pool. It's a little cramped for parking. The room was adequate, and I had everything I needed for a 3 night stay.
It was really perfect for what I needed. A clean place to stay for sleeping and getting ready. If you are looking for a place to stay in most of the time you might want to upgrade. I really liked it and I would stay there again. My vacation was going to the beach all day and eating out and then coming back and crashing.
Thanks to the staff for a nice stay.

Stop by there looking for a 55 and community this place is great. friendly, great location and a very reasonable lot rent. Unfortunately for me they only had Park models available at the moment. If you're in the market for a 55 and over Community well worth a visit

I recently went to the Daytona Bike Week and got the last room at Carter's that they had. And I was lucky to get it, because it was a last minute trip and had no reservation.
My friend and I took the little efficiency available, on the first floor (everything is one floor), and was very pleased. This is a no-frills motel, but that was exactly what we were looking for.
Very clean, very friendly, and no hesitation to stay there again!
Relatively economical as well, so one can't go wrong!

Small simple rooms, comfy bed. I did bring my own pillow because I sleep on like 1000 at home LOL. Overall perfect for what I needed and good value

We had a good stay. The beds were so comfortable (and I was so tired) I didn’t move all night. I’ve stayed in fancier hotels and had much worse sleep. There were a few cosmetic things that need fixing. I do wish the doors had better seals on the bottoms and I guess I had to ask for a hair dryer because there wasn’t one in the room. Don’t judge this motel by it’s age though, I would stay here again if in the area.
