I am quite surprised with the excellence of Centroid, not only of their product but their technical support I received as well. I am now retired, working on the Spitfire aircraft replica. Trough the 40 years I did contacted many companies for some advice, some good, some rather pushing products, some mediocre, you must have your experience. The good company usually answered within a couple of days. The engineer Joel B. from Centroid Products answered within about one hour, without any nonsense, asking me for their product number of the probe, picture of the old one and product tag from non existing Sky Sport original company now. Through our contact of at least dozen needed-greedy questions were always answered in couple of hours. Joel quidded me how to test and reprogram their probe for the different length with the fuel use, and how to connect to the Sky Sport old indicator. No need to buy the new one. I wish that every company as Centroid Products Inc., has such excellent technical support for their program and people like Joel.. Thank you. Lt.Col. Jerry Milek, CZAF, ret.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The only thing keeping this place open is their products because god knows there customer service is the worst I have ever seen. The saddest part is reading their responses and seeing the excuses and lack of ownership. HINT TO THR OWNERS. YOU ARE NOT DOING US A FAVOR BY SELLING TO US. IF BIG BUSINESS AND BIG ORDERS PAY YOUR SALARIES THEN DONT SELL TO THE PUBLIC. YOU CANT TAKE OUR $$ AND TREAT US LIKE TRASH BECAUSE WE ARE NOT BUYING IN BULK. YOU CANT HAVE IT BOTH WAYS!I tried to purchase a product a month ago. Every time I called, the message said they are on the other line OR we have met our sales for the day so we closed! The message continues to say "DONT LEAVE A MESSAGE, WE WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK"...So all the stars align, with the summer equinox and I get Mary on the phone. I have a part # so it must be easy right. Nope. Mary seems nice but she seems to be a little hard of hearing which somehow is YOUR FAULT? 20 minutes later an order is placed. She said I would have it in 10 days or so. Its been 1 month and nothing. Everytime I call I get a busy signal or "Sales meet, we're closed. Dont leave a message, we wont call you back". If I could find this part ANYWHERE else I would absolutely not do business with them. I think it's very telling how a company treats its customers when they dont "need them". My wife says I'm the most patient man she has ever met. I keep my mouth shut and I try to be respectful and understanding. This level of service prompted me to create a yelp account just to review them. I probably wont use it ever again.

0 stars if i could, place has the worst customer service, I finally got in to speak to Mary and she was in a middle of a order, told me to call back in 10 minutes still cant get through. DONT ORDER THROUGH THESE PEOPLE.. waste of time, they are so un organized and their business hours are wack.

If you want to reach centroid. You're better off calling one of their distributors. Like Lauderdale Speedometer. They don't do Email or phone it seems. You can scribble notes on a paper and fax them and they'll respond. Weirdest setup I've ever seen.

worst customer service in existence I just wanted to buy replacement units....no one answers the phone.....a very snyde guy will answer emails but cant even give a price or take an order........good luck if you have problems with these in your boat.......I called no less that 250 times for my customers and there isnt a product that will replace them if it came in your boat so they just dont care........dont buy anything from them because they wont be there when it fails

Go somewhere else if you can. They have a little niche market. Someone should buy this company and retire everyone. I ordered my probes 5 weeks ago. They sent me someone else's order. I said they should re-due my order and ship me new ones. They said tough luck. They would try to get my order from the other person. They said they don't care about reviews. They have no idea how to run a business.
