Pharmacist, Susan, got a kick out of the fact that a customer was in the wrong lane to pick up a prescription and was haughtily laughing at customer. My turn came and she was more than abrupt with me. I get the job can be stressful, but there's a customer service aspect too. Go elsewhere. I will next time

As a chain CVS pharmacies are usually ok, but the staff in this one is rude and condescending. They seem to think that people are not educated enough, when in my case I have a Masters and worked in health care for many years. They need supervision!Personally I won't be going back.

I found the staff there to be friendly and helpful. I've also interface with the pharmacy. When I went there my order was not ready because there was a mixup as my doctor called it into a different CVS but they quickly rectify the situation and filled my order within a few minutes. I wouldn't say that the pharmacist was "bubbly" But she got the job done and that's really all I needed.

Wow! I went to help a friend w their rx & there was no one waiting when I got to the counter. The pharmacist "Ann" was soooooo rude!!! I can't believe it. She sat there on her computer ignoring me for over 15 mins before she would help me. Another lady dressed in blue behind the counter .... No one cared I'm standing there & they could for sure see me !!! Finally a line built up & she slowly helped me .... Crazy slow!!!! Seems like she is on drugs!! Horrible !

I went to pick up photos today from this CVS, and the Photos associate talked down to me and said "you know this is the photos line not the checkout line?" to which is responded "yes im picking up some photos i ordered thanks" and then he takes a customer waiting in the checkout line before taking me... This typically wouldn't be an issue but the old man was very condescending and i had to wait in a line when the customers could have used self checkout instead.

As far as pharmacies go I've always liked CVS. Today I went to pick up a new prescription and found that CVS proactively contacted the manufacturer for me for a co-pay card. My co-pay would have been $400.00 and went to $0.00. What great service. I was so impressed with this. This is why I love CVS

CVS EDGEWATER Pharmacy ROCKS!!!!! I just moved here a few months ago -- transitioning prescriptions from multiple doctors was causing me anxiety -- you made everything transparent -- fast forward to pandemic-- I take (hydroxy)Chloroquine daily for a chronic disease -- the drug being prescribed to Covid patients... there are rumors that there will be a shortage -- I called my CVS pharmacy manager and she assured me there is already a plan in place to ensure patients currently being prescribed daily regimens will have their supply

I was trying to find some help on some medication to buy, after 10 mins on waiting no one came and attended me for help. If it was an emergency, I would have died bcoz no one came.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Go to literally any other pharmacy but this one. Smart-ass cold service and poor communication between staff. Seriously, don't ever go here. If I could give it negative stars I would.

Not hated it but very disappointed. When going thru the drive thru you surely don't need to be announcing peoples business. With an attitude at that! The way u treat people is really sad. I'm dealing with a fracture and the last thing I needed was her short snippy attitude. When I pressed the call button again, she didn't return. I will never be back! Not going into details, but the little girl who was working the drive thru at 530 today would be better off stocking shelves!

Totally incompetent, on my second refill the pharmacist almost tripled my regular dose. If I had followed the directions on the CVS prescription bottle, I would have been hospitalized or dead if no one found me. I had one more refill till my next doctors appointment and filled it at CVS to avoid hassles. When I picked up the refill, the pharmacist told me that they are no longer allowed by state law to fill prescriptions from out of town (Tampa) I saw my doctor yesterday and he said that his license was valid throughout Florida and as far as he knew, throughout the entire USA. If you decide to use this CVS, please be your own advocate and double check your dosage and frequency of dosage
