I had to take my roommate to do a cabinet job in this little housing development.. The lady who had my roommate work for her was thrilled with his work and happy her cabinets were now all level and pretty again. This development was cute and cozy, but the neighbors are far too close here for my liking. I do not enjoy being able to touch my neighbors house reaching out my window. That's the only issue I had with this place.

The owner/ management have been saying for over 2 years now they are fixing the wells for the irrigation and it has not been fixed. but they want to complain that your yard is brown/ dying. The Electrical Service Boxes are falling down. So now they have just went up on the rent approximately 10% last year it went up 10%. There are holes in the security fence around the property so the Transients can get in. This is way out of hand most of the people living there are on Social Security/ fixed income. With the prices of gas, food, electricity, phone, cable, car and renters insurance all going up and now the rent. How are these folks supposed to survive?

Eastern Shores was a Safe Sanctuary for Me. It was peacefully quiet and the natural energies felt refreshing and recharging to the soul. I’m going to visit again sometime. I’m extremely grateful to them for their openness and genuine compassion towards the community. Thank you for everything.

Park infrastructure is over 40 yrs old and falling apart. Park management refuses to have it looked at and replaced. DO NOT purchase a home in a community managed by Newby Realty!!!
