“I am quite surprised with the excellence of Centroid, not only of their product but their technical support I received as well. I am now retired, working on the Spitfire aircraft replica. Trough the 40 years I did contacted many companies for some advice, some good, some rather pushing products, some mediocre, you must have your experience. The good company usually answered within a couple of days. The engineer Joel B. from Centroid Products answered within about one hour, without any nonsense, asking me for their product number of the probe, picture of the old one and product tag from non existing Sky Sport original company now. Through our contact of at least dozen needed-greedy questions were always answered in couple of hours. Joel quidded me how to test and reprogram their probe for the different length with the fuel use, and how to connect to the Sky Sport old indicator. No need to buy the new one.
