They allowed me to go through with a purchase, for an item that they didn’t have in stock. Then they email me a day later informing me that item wasn’t in stock & to pick an alternate item. Just to go back on their website to still see they stil have the item available for purchase. Shady business. Not to mention their customer service is basically non existent when trying to get in contact with them. If I could give them a no stars I would & this is my 1st EVER customer review on a purchase, whether that being a good OR bad purchase!!! Avoid this store at all cost!!

POOR POOR POOR. I would never recommend a company that you order your item, you pay the item in full and then they reach out to you and want you to pay ADDITIONAL money. ON THE VERGE OF SCAM ARTISTS

I should have looked at the reviews first. Well I ordered a bag on April 10,2021. Herd nothing and got nothing so I tried emailing them and nothing, then I called. Spoke to someone named Jeff (both times I called) on June 10, 2021 and said it was “paused” so he re-did my order and here we are September 1 2021 and nothing still. I called for a refund and got nothing. These people are useless. Don’t waste your money if you plan on getting nothing!!

Holy cow!!! I almost put my card number in and ordered the boots I wanted so badly but I am glad that I read the reviews first....I definitely won't be spending my money on such a risky business. Scary to think that I could have ended up out that much money with nothing to show for it. That sucks!!

Ordered a badge from here in July, sent emails and messages for two weeks to get a status update but got no response. They finally reached out to me stating they were having issues at the manufacturer. Then I received another email saying it was supposed to be shipped that weekend. Then I got another email saying they are having issues with employees. Now two more weeks later I still don't know the status of when it will even be made, nevermind when I'll receive it. I get that because of Covid 19 it's impacting everyone but be up front about it. Don't just take my money and then ignore me. I'm pretty sure at this point I will never receive my product and will have to just call this a loss. It's a shame because I really wanted to give them a shot. I have over 100 employees that all needed badges but it won't be happening here.

Absolute worst experience I have had ordering online. Placed the order April 26, 2020. Received a confirmation that order had been placed...never received any correspondence about shipping/tracking. After 3 wks I contacted them thru email. On May 1, I called and asked what the status of my order was...they were unable to verify whether my order had shipped...so I told them to cancel the order...at which point I ordered the item from another company. I received the item from FirestoreOnline late yesterday May 2....more than a month after I placed the order. May 3, I received an email stating the status of the item was shipped..at this point I already recd the item yesterday..and they called to tell me that the item was delivered May 2. Worst communication, or lack of...NEVER USE THIS COMPANY...I would have given no stars...but it wouldn't let me

I was searching for products as a gift to a friend based on the US, and came across this store. I was a bit skeptical about it because of the bad reviews, but still decided to inquire a bit. The customer representatives have been surprisingly warm and very helpful! I guess there is really a good change after all. Thank you, Firestoreonline and I hope to see this progress more and more.

Despite the recent reviews I took a chance and ordered a custom jacket for my boyfriend, and the customer service team had kept me updated on my order status when I asked and were really helpful! They explained how they are under new management, so it made me feel a lot better. Will definitely buy again!

I placed an order back in October, 2019. Didn't hear anything from them, until recently. I finally got my order and the person I have been talking to has been such a great person to deal with!!!! The new management has been wonderful to work with! I will definitely be ordering from them again!!!

Gypsies!! Scam, Crooks, Thieves however you want to call the Kettle Black. 1 Star is a Understatement. The order never shipped and it just says waiting fulfillment. I called them multiple times and they only answered my call the first time. I talked to a guy about my order and he said he was going to have to call me back and email me because he was gonna have to get in touch with his shipping department. I asked to be put on hold because I did not believe that he was going to call me back and sure enough never called back and I think now they have my number where they will not answer. They probably paid for their five star ratings. Did anyone ever get this guys name?
