The team at Jiffylube were knowledgeable and respectful. During the visit the manager pointed out that my car needed tires and they explained the need. I couldn't see the wear since it was on the inside of the two front tires. Once I knew, I had a new set of tires put on. They explained the urgency of my situation and made it apparent to do something ASAP. Thank you team JL

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean establishment. No waiting at mid-day, on a weekday. Had all filters in stock. Very surprised and happy that they vacuumed my car and cleaned the windows. Nice touch!
Despite the sticker shock for the cost of filters (it was less than at the dealership) this place is local and I was done in less than 15 minutes. The dealer is an hour away, I need an appointment, it costs more and I have to wait 1-2 hours. That said. I’m going back to Jiffy Lube in 5000 miles.

Recently located to the area and really needed an oil change ASAP. I arrived a tad
early and Jason was welcoming & explained my options. He immediately started on my car and his coworker assisted. He did all the extras as well. Definitely MY GO TO - The synthetic oil change and the extras within 30-40 minutes.

Only complaint is tire pressure way off on each tire they didn't put two valve stem caps back on girl taking money was pleasant and they do hustle people that work at that place do work hard

They didn't fast but when I asked when I first got there how much brining some oil would save, was told I'd save upwards to 60 bucks. Ended up saving 7 total, felt bait and switched.(Edit) I understand that you have your own oil that you normally use but I asked an employee before so I could do my own numbers and the amount they told me I would save with 10 times the amount I actually saved and if I was told the correct amount the first time it would have gone differently. That is the reason I felt bait and switched. I will change it up to 3 from 2 for the quick reply and the pretty good job. But the misinformation may make me think twice about my next visit. If you don't know the number it is okay to say "idk I'll go find out" and not give a wrong answer.
