“AJ was absolutely top notch! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole mattress-buying process easy without ever making us feel pressured. He took the time to answer questions, explain the options, and helped us find exactly what we needed. Excellent customer service from start to finish. If you’re shopping at Mattress Firm, ask for AJ — highly recommend him!”
“If you are looking for a new mattress go and see Jake! He knows everything you will need to know about the different types of mattresses. Informative, no pressure and he made the whole process quick and easy once I decided on which mattress was the one for me!”
“We were very impressed with the mattresses that are available in the store. Ned was extremely helpful and knowledgable. It was a pleasure to work with him. We are excited to have our purchased delivered soon and look forward to a wonderful and restful sleep.”
“This is truly the best furniture store I have ever encountered! The decor is absolutely adorable and breathtaking, giving a coastal ambiance as far as the eye can see. You can also take the stairs or the elevator to the second floor! Endless furniture and artwork! The owners were remarkably caring, enjoyable, and thorough. It is a perfectly managed family business that operates with impressive efficiency. We are soooooo happy with our new sideboard and artwork but wish we had discovered this store sooner!
The delivery service was also spectacular!! Two wonderful young men who arrived on time and truly with a smile!!
Thank you for being awesome business owners! It feels good to be in your store!”
“I highly recommend this store to anyone. A few weeks ago, the wrong couch was delivered to me due to a misunderstanding. I thought resolving the issue would be difficult, but I was wrong. I called and spoke with a customer service representative named Tenisha. There was no back-and-forth or hassle. She immediately informed me that the correct couch would be ordered and arranged for it to be delivered when arrive. She was awesome! Thanks to her, the entire process was effortless. I hope this company keeps her. She is excellent with customers.
I also want to give a huge thank you to the two young men, Justin and Andrew, who delivered my couch the second time. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I’m super happy with my purchase and truly appreciate the outstanding customer service!”
“Richie was so knowledgeable and helpful! This is the second mattress I have gotten from this company. First one in N KY and drove 2 hours to get another. The only flippable mattress left on the market. We ended up choosing the latex mattress. Couldn’t believe the difference after laying on it then trying the spring mattress. What a major difference! Got 2 latex pillows too. No more deflating pillows!! Thanks Richie! You guys are awesome with excellent products!”
“We are older couple, I get mad at bad service in a lot of businesses. Dealing with Victor was a pleasure, he was knowledgeable, polite and a credit to the company. This is third appliance we have purchased from them in last year and all running great. Thank you Victor and thanks to big John.”

“Since we had such a great experience the first time, we decided to purchase more furniture from Haynes Furniture and Mr. McDonald. Yet again, Mr. McDonald was great to work with.”

“Seriously, my second visit here and I can't say enough good things about to the owner, Andy. Great prices, excellent customer service & multiple options to choose from. He will not rush you since he knows how important buying a bed is. It's a purchase that will last you years.
He has some cool jukebox too.
I was referred here by a neighbor & have been here twice for beds, once for mom & now for us.”
