I purchased a refrigerator and range from Pioneer Appliance this week. I cannot say enough of the positive experience I had from the sale to the delivery and setup. The service was exceptional. I highly recommend checking them out before you buy elsewhere. Knowledgeable and experienced. I will be returning for sure for any further appliance needs.

Purchased many items from Pioneer. They are a family owned business who care about their products and clients and give excellent service. Our big box stores can't give a definite delivery date but make sure they tell you it is $75. Pioneer delivers free and next day, helps with set up if needed. Support your local businesses, they care.

I bought a microwave from them. Their selection is limited as is their inventory. The pricing is okay. The microwave crapped out about 2 months after I purchased it. Pioneer was totally and completely useless with helping with the warranty claim. We were told "Here's the 800 number." The manufacturer warranty service turned out to be pretty good. It took a month or so but it did get fixed.I will never purchase another appliance (any appliance) unless it is from Lowes or Home Depot. It doesn't make sense to. My experience has been... if it breaks that soon after purchase, bring it back and just get a new one. Pioneer doesn't know once you walk out the door - after paying.

Great. Brand new dishwasher, Pioneer came out and accessed the issue. Gave me a timeframe for repair. Came out early and fixed the unit efficiently. Would recommend and will use again. Thanks. I like working with local Edgewater companies vs the big guys. Thanks again :)

We came home from a 6 week trip to find our refrigerator had died on us.Went over to Pioneer Appliance and we were more than pleased. Saw what we wanted which was on the floor and it was delivered the next day. The two men who came to deliver and set up the fridge were excellent. They took away our old refrigerator, brought the new one in and set it up all in a matter of two hours. A year ago we had to have our micro oven replaced. We had the same excellent service from Pioneer. From the store to connecting the appliances terrific service, friendly and efficient. We would give Pioneer a five star reference.

I just moved to Edgewater 10 days ago & was in need of a washer/dryer. I always try to buy local and found Pioneer Appliances online. I stopped in there yesterday (12 March 2021) and told the gentleman what I was looking for and he fixed me right up - in and out in a matter of minutes. Free delivery & hookup was music to my ears. This morning (13 March 2021) at 8:45 the truck was here. Two very nice young men brought in the washer and dryer and hooked everything up in a matter of minutes. Thank you Pioneer Appliance in Edgewater.

I've been a do it yourself when possible and have been able to get the parts for my GE appliances. Times they have even special ordered them. I've got a dishwasher from them that's run good so far. No problems.

Ok customer awareness but not competitive on discounts, no waiver of delivery or haulaway fee, charge for pigtail. I did not make purchase.
