“I have had a unit here for some months now. This facility is always clean and well maintained. Heather is very knowledgeable and always very kind. When something is brought to her attention about something needing fixed, or people doing things that are out of character, She goes above and beyond to try and get it fixed or figured out. The maintenance man Don is always kind as well always see him around the facility getting things accomplished. As long as Heather and Don are here I am here. Thank you for making this place a great storage unit.”
“My husband & I have rented numerous storage units throughout the years. I’m so glad we’ve finally found the perfect unit & facility. Deb has walked us thru the units that we have rented to make sure it’ll suit are needs size wise. When ever I have a question I can text her & she gets right back to me right a way. Also when I had an issue with the website, I can pick up the phone, call Deb & she’ll help me take care it. It the world today customer service is non existent. This is why Deb is a pleasure, she helps when she can & right back with me. I plan on being at this facility for many years. Keep up the good work Deb!!!!”
