Don't ever e expect to fax anything even though they have a working fax machine. Girls don't seem like they have ever even seen a fax machine. Other than that they were nice.

Called to ask if a 10×17 unit was available and the lady answered No! Then I asked if they had a 10x20, again answered with a short No, so I asked what size unit was available and the lady said 5x5, 1 unit, ugh. She seemed extremely irrated that I dared to ask. After how rude this woman was, due to me simply asking her a question, I'd never do business there.

Sharon was rude over the phone. Never called my husband or me back when she said she was going to. We just got all of our things cause it was supposed to go to auction but they said "we did inventory and nothing was valuable to put up for auction." They stored our things in a garage and told us to come get it or they were throwing all of it out. When they moved our things to the garage they broke our fishing poles.

Reserved a Penske truck for a move I have coming up and also inquired about a 10 x 20 unit. The clerk said nothing in that size was available but would put me on a waiting list. Very friendly and fast service. Prices were much better than other storage yards in the area.
