Poorly run by corporate office, they don't notify you if there's been damage to your unit, they just keep billing you, BUYER BEWARE!!! Definitely shop around for a more professional organization.

I wouldn't refer this storage company to anyone. They allow people to go in your unit without any kind of notification. They don't know what's going on in the office. The issuance they carry doesn't cover anything unless their building is damaged at your opening and even then they refuse to pay out for damages received. And if you have damage to your unit it takes a very long time to fix it.

Miss Tracy went above and beyond for my boyfriend and I today! Even though it was raining she was still so happy to show us multiple units available! She was very knowledgeable about the units and helped us every step of the way! We ended up getting exactly what we were looking plus a little more! 10/10 recommend! Thank you Tracy!!
