“have a way besides a cell phone, like maybe a small computer for the agent to look up a customers account. it saves a bit of them for the customer checking in and dropping off. I fill out all that is required because it says me time..but if the agent only uses a phone, that idea is shot..staff at Bananas are helpful and polite”

They took time to explain everything I needed to know and did a thorough walk around with me. They even washed some unsightly dirt off the back door.
