Easy check in - the agent - Robin - was so genuine and kind. She took the time to ask what our plans were for our vacation so our vehicle would be right for our trip. She treated my son with such kindness that he talked about it all week and was hoping to see her when we dropped off our vehicle. I appreciated the young lady in the parking lot that helped during check in and the gentleman that was there directing us where to park. They both asked us how our trip was and if we enjoyed the rental. Again, It did not feel like it was scripted but it felt genuine.

Our plane was 4 hours late to Destin. Employee waited at rental counter until after 2:00AM to make sure we got a car. It was greatly appreciated! Car was great and rental and return process were easy! Would highly recommend!

Car had cigarette smoke smell. Small for our needs even though it was an upgrade. Was good on gas mileage.

Lauren (manager) called with bad news about a safety recall on the vehicle we had rented for a super busy 4th of July weekend. I was stressing but she tended to my needs and took care of it in a professional and caring way! Very accommodating and excellent service!

I got stranded on Destin and I was forced to get an exchange and this location wasn’t giving me a comparable sized vehicle. I originally purchased roadside assistance and protection. They refused to give me a mini van stating that they would get in trouble for even giving me a Durango

Rude customer services reps. Car broke down on day 2. Took all afternoon to get another one. One of a three day trip was ruined!
Nice replay but you never get back to us. We have tried mutiple times with zero response!!!

It is very frustrating, trying to communicate with Enterprise (customer service people), whose primary language is other than English. I get that it's cheaper to employ this demographic, but I'm not having a casual conversation at a party -- I'm trying to conduct business. Enterprise demonstrably cares more about bottom line - than their patrons having clear, concise communication with their front line employees.
Tried, yet again (actually several times) to get someone on the phone -- at the location as I was asked to reach out to, by customer service somewhere in the world -- and looped right back to them... I don't know how to successfully communicate with this organization. Standing by for my AI, or system generated response to this..............
