We entrusted a deeply important graphic and print job to this team—our café’s menu, the very first impression every guest receives when they walk through our doors. It’s more than paper and ink; it’s the heart of our little family business. This was a collaborative effort involving Amy, Melissa, and Leslie, and I couldn’t be more grateful. When I saw the final product, I had tears in my eyes. It’s absolutely stunning—perfect in every way. The quality is unmatched, far beyond anything I could have created on my own. In just a few days, they delivered a high-quality, professional, error-free menu that we’re proud to place in front of our customers. It reflects who we are, and we couldn’t be happier. Employee came from the back like I interrupted a nap, hair all messed up so from the beginning she had an attitude. Lady working at 2:30pm needs some serious customer service training. Seems like every business on base cares less about any standards anymore. She responded to me like I was an in-law over something another UPS location instructed me to do. If you want a horrible experience with something as simple as dropping off boxes this is your spot for sure.

The Employee working at the Eglin location was extremely rude. I had to call back three times and she kept disconnecting me. I had a simple question and all I got was attitude. You should invest in nicer employees. I will go anywhere but this location.

I usually have good interactions at this store but was very disappointed on how unaccommodating the woman was today. I was returning a microwave to Amazon and, with double boxes, the package weighed 50+ pounds. So I parked in back hoping I could bring it in a back door because the closest parking lot is a long distance from the store. I walked around to the front entrance and explained my situation and was told no and she pointed to the carts outside. I had to pulled around in front of the store, park further away to access a curb ramp, walk to the store to get a cart, push it back to my car to load the box on it and push the cart back to the store. I understand the store's location has its limitations and I certainly don't expect the employees to carry the box in for me but I hoped they would be a little more accommodating to a senior citizen.
