for some reason all the pumps are never open during business hours??? half the time receipts do not work out of paper??? NO DIESEL??? why would pumps close when you are on the base and it is supposed to be automated??? not good for star card support!!!

Weird that they close the pumps when no one is working. They're automated for Pete's sake. Good selection of food and alcohol inside.

Hours show they close at 2300 on weekdays. Workers close it early all the time.

They have fewer than half of their gas pumps open at any given time. Buying gas here is always a cluster that takes forever.

Half the pumps were out of order. The price is cheaper than off base but expect to wait in line when half the pumps are not even working. Then, to top it off, someone felt the need to park their car at the pump and walk in to pay and/or shop before they came back to fill up, which is very uncourtoeous to all those waiting in line. The pump is not a parking space. Use a credit card at the pump.
