Each time I've been, I haven't had to wait very long to get my packages shipped. Such a marked improvement from the usps offices near where I used to live that I felt like adding a review here! The staff showed concern and compassion they realized my distress and made an immediate effort to help me track the package. I was given a refund and sent off another package. “I've stopped in for stamps and documents..Never had a bit of trouble.. Even get a laugh with all the services there..However, I have witnessed a couple customers, on different occasions, have unrealistic expectations..I recall one man arguing about a received letter from his on-site PO box, being tampered with. The servicer repeatedly told him she has no idea when or how it was done, and that she's sorry for something she knew nothing about.. the customer had entered the Post Office with the envelope, so from my viewpoint, there's no way to know what happened to the letter, or if the letter was opened after the man's car. But had demanded she tell him how it happened..Overall a cool Post Office location... to me.Have a happy holiday season”
