I have two of their journey SUP boards (one is 4-5+ years old and the other is 3+ years old) and have also bought them as gifts for people because they’re so great! My dog has really sharp nails and punctured a hole in one and they were very quick to respond with helpful repair instructions and answered my questions! The repair has held up great! I recommend the Vilano Journey to anyone looking for a paddleboard! Excellent product and outstanding customer service!

Questions on inflating Vilano Stand Up Paddle Boards were reviewed and answered by Greg. Issue was with the Air Pump and this is being replaced. Good Service and follow up.However, the replacement Air Pump originally purchased through Vilano did not perform well. Pump could not bring SUP to the minimum requirement of 12 psi.Vilano's suggestion for a remedy was to utilize the manual air pump included in the SUP to get to 12 psi. This obviously is not an acceptable solution not is it good customer service. Vilano denied my request to send back Air Pumps and receive a refund.Beware of the 60 day warranty.

So impressed with how well this online purchase went. The customer service was excellent and Yes, I recommend you paying to have the bike put together. I had only 5 things to put together and the bike is so handsome for an entry level road bike. HIghly recommend this company. They were really fast, kind, helpful.

I purchased Vilano’s Pathfinder inflatable SUP, accessories, and electric SUP pump. Being new to iSUPs and the electric pump, I had some questions and contacted Vilano for help more than once. Vilano’s response each time was not only extremely helpful and thoughtful, but also very quick! I lost no time in putting my iSUP (which I love) on the water. Thank you Vilano!

My VILANO SHADOW is a well designed and built aluminium bike, consist of 2 front chainrings in the front and a 7 speed cassette in the rear. It is also equipt with break shifters and very easy to operate. Overall, the performance is superb and leaves nothing to be desired. For the price, you are really getting your money's worth.

Bought a bike from Vilano and it ran great for about 2 weeks! After 2 weeks, several parts starting failing and it basically stopped working. I spent over 3 months on the phone with vilano trying to get my bicycle repaired. I went to over 4 bike shops who could not work on it due to vilanos bikes having highly proprietary parts. What's worse is that vilano constantly discontinue bike models, which means they don't have bike parts needed to ship off, even if you did pay them extra on top of the bike price. So two weeks after purchase I lost $600 (value of bike), plus another $130 from various bicycle shops for diagnostics and attempted repairs. Some bike shops felt so sorry for it they didn't even charge me for a diagnostic. Some of the bike shops told me, "you have a junk bike made with plastic parts, return it for a refund". Little did I know that the customer service and business practices at vilano are horrible and will constantly delay communication in order to bypass their non existent warranty and return policy. (Their bikes have no warranty! First big red flag)

I love my two Vilano bikes. I have a hybrid and a single speed. The hybrid is perfect for the rail trail and longer trips, and the single speed is awesome for cruising around the city. Keep up the good work, Vilano. Thank you.
