I drove an hour to this adidas store because they have always given me a 15% veterans discount. I get to the register with my purchases and the guy hands me a flyer and tells me to sign up for some 3rd party "verification" to get the discount. I have my VA ID in my hand. I asked the supervisor if he would just give me the discount but he refused. If you don't want to give veterans a discount just say you don't offer the discount for veterans anymore. This isn't a discount for vets, it a discount for all of my personal information.

I decided to purchase Yeezy's for the first time and opted for in-store pickup at this location. Unsure about the size, I called the store to check availability. They didn't have them in stock, but I was told I could order two pairs online for pickup, try them both at the store, and keep the one that fit.
I placed the order and went to the store for pickup. However, when I asked where I could try on the shoes, the store employee informed me that I had to take both pairs because all Yeezy's are final sale once the boxes are handed over.
I asked to speak with the store manager, who only provided me with their customer service number and showed zero interest to help. While on the phone with customer service, I tried on the shoes and found both pairs to be oversized. After an hour and a half on the phone with a representative and then a supervisor, they acknowledged the situation and promised to investigate and resolve the issue within 24 hours.
48 hours later, I received an email offering a 30% coupon for non-discounted items in their online store within 60 days!
Now, I'm stuck with spending $250 on shoes that I can't wear, and the suggested solution is to spend more money on items I don't need. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this store and Adidas in general ?
