Was able to get a few things from the store while I was visiting the outlet. They seemed to have some good deals but their jeans were only buy one get on half off which wasn’t a great promo in my mind (for an outlet). The staff were nice but the change room attendant wasn’t very good (she was already putting her key in the doors before knocking to see if it was occupied).

Went to buy a jacket and the girl at the register was beyond rude. I asked for a gift recipes and she huffed and puffed at me as if I did something to her.

Prices are actually double than what you’d find on AE app! Save your time and buy directly online. There’s no savings by going to “outlet”- beware.

I love shopping at american eagle, every time I go there these two girls with red and blonde hair helped me find everything i wanted and were so incredibly nice to me. Will be coming back ;)

Was waiting in line and there were two cashiers, one of them was doing absolutely nothing and finally she came up to ask about card or cash and she didn’t come up to the first person in line she started asking people behind me even though I was waiting in line for 5 minutes

They need more hoodie selections during the cold season, but still a good brand, wish they would hop off that high waist pants trend though..I need to atleast see one pair of low waist pants but so far none which is hard since it's the only kind I wear
