I try to stop in here to get the new Nimbus when they come out, I wear a larger size and they're one of the only brands I can wear that dont get too wide and feel comfortable while running in Florida. Sales people are constantly on their game, Daphne and Ky are super helpful in finding my size and being patient. The customer service from this location keeps me coming back.

Excellent Customer Service
The staff at the Asics outlet at the Elleton Preimum Outlets are knowledgeable and helpful. They are willing to take the time necessary to work with customers to ensure they get the proper sneakers.
Prices are good and often there are superb sales.
Parking is usually not an issue though during holidays can be challenging.

I purchased a pair of Gel Kayano 31’s on line and wore them once and they were too small. The website says you can return “gently worn” shoes at the retail store. I tried this at the Ellenton store and the first manager I spoke with was rude and disrespectful. She made it very clear that if the shoes were not in “new” condition”, they could not be returned. ASICS customer service is awful! I am rethinking my loyalty to this company.

Had a great experience today in Ellenton. 2 workers there (wish I got their names) were so helpful. They listened to my needs and pointed me to the shoe they felt would work the best. They even looked in clearance and made the option to look at men’s style as well. Decided on a pair. Another thanks for your customer service

Awful company to purchase from. When my wife tried to return two pairs of shoes bought online, we threw away one shoebox and Asics refused to be bothered with taking a return unless in its original box. Apparently, a company this size cannot afford to replace a cardboard box. After fighting with the reps, refusing to give our money back, they told my wife "you can donate the shoes". Rude and greedy. Then, when trying to return the other pair of shoes, those would not be accepted because of this absurd 7 day return policy. Our lives are pretty busy with two young kids and working full time jobs that we did not have the time to realize that policy nor act on it. This is a greedy, selfish company that should not receive your money.

Ordered online, same size as usual. Ran with the shoe and it's obviously a half size too big. They won't return or exchange. I used them because of their discount for healthcare workers. I'll just stick to Amazon and fit2run. You can't beat a good exchange and return policy.
