unfortunately had an unpleasant experience. The main lady who runs the store smokes heavily right outside the front door. After finishing her cigarette, she goes back inside immediately, and as a result, the entire store ends up smelling like smoke.
The strong odor of smoke permeates the store, making it difficult to enjoy browsing or shopping. This lack of consideration for customers' comfort is quite disappointing. I would suggest finding another store if you're sensitive to smoke or simply prefer a clean, fresh-smelling shopping environment.
I hope the management takes steps to address this issue, as it detracts from an otherwise nice store.

Great end of year deals... very light foot traffic, super helpful sales staff, awesome values. You can make a day of it just by going to Woody's and grabbing lunch and then stopping over to the Ellenton Outlet Mall. Great experience.

I love the brand and their sales. But they need more people on the floor, especially during weekends. I had to go to the register twice (where there was one person available) to ask questions about some of their items.

Angela makes your shopping experience at this location wonderful! She is helpful, friendly and eager to serve you! She always has a smile on her face and really goes above and beyond! When I go there I always hope she's there. She stands out with her customer service skills!

Horrible service, creepy Indian Music playing really loud and not one single person that I could find to help get a different size or ask a question to (they were all in the back of the store chatting). Love some of the other stores at the mall but this one is by far the worst! Won't be back!
