Once again my experience at Batteries + Bulbs was pleasant. The staff are very knowledgeable and eager to help. I especially like their Lifetime watch and keyless entry battery replacement...pay only once for years of replacements. Convenient location and clean and well stocked showroom.

Had an urgent screen repair. Tmobile was less than helpful and I had to do a claim online. Sent me to this place and got Jonathan. Phenomenal customer service and had new screen on phone within 1.5 hours. Some neat, not battery stuff inside too!

I had a great experience at this Batteries Plus location! The team here is friendly, professional, and truly customer-focused.
I especially want to highlight Dimitri, despite what was clearly a very busy day with more customers than one person could reasonably handle, he remained kind, courteous, and composed. He was quick to offer solutions and even looked for ways to help save a gentleman a few dollars..
Brian, the office manager, was also on top of things and clearly runs a well-managed store. From start to finish, my interaction with the team was smooth and respectful, and I’ll definitely be returning in the future. I really value their quick response, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you!

Ended up buying some of the higher end X2 AGM batteries for my boat. Had some issues with the batteries, Brian was able to get them replaced under warranty. Definitely read the fine print on the battery warranties because it's not as cut and dry as it really should be for such expensive batteries. Glad Brian and his team were able to get them replaced.

Honesty, not found a lot these day's, but I must tell you, Brian, the store Manager is different. Had my car battery replaced last week and did not have it checked for charge because it was two years old. He asked if I still had the receipt and I said yes so I came back with receipt and found it was still in warranty, he dug through the stack old batteries and found mine and told me it was still in warranty and should it hold a charge we were entitled to a new one at no charge. Wish I had a happier ending, sadly it did not. The effort he went through was amazing, just sorry this battery just did not like FL heat. But still a very honest hard working man.
