Ordered 3 medium original fit sumpina cotton shirts in December 2023 bit snug, ordered 2 more medium original fit March 2024 and they fit as intended. No help at all from customer service. They say they don’t see the first order. At $98.00 per shirt. Not the Quality or service that I used to receive from Brooks Brothers.

I walked in yesterday feb 8th 2023 looking for a belt.Found one that was $40I took it to the counter and asked the cashier if it was 25% off ( signed above said 25% )He said no, that it was a good deal already, that this was not tj maxx, so i pointed to the signs around cashier that indicated other ways of obtaining a discount to no availSo I asked if they had couponsHe proceeded to ask me if I was a used car salesman?I told him he was pushing his luck and that it was enough and walked out. Come on, a used car salesman?Went next door and bought a belt and saw they had a coupon for 10% off at brooks brothers!Whent back and asked him if he knew of this coupon and he said yes. Ask to speak to the manager and he said he was, so I asked for a corporate number to no availDidn’t appreciate being harassed that wayI will never go back to Brooks brothers and tell every one I know not to go back there ever again

Great staff, great mens selection! Will order you something if your size isn't in store and have it shipped to your home. This store no longer has women's and is located closer to the front of the mall in a smaller location.

Great place with an Even better selection of products. This store is now all men's clothing which is very nice, as there are very few men's only clothing stores within the mall. The service here is impeccable since they've reinvigorated the staff and brought in new exciting associates. They do not have a Taylor on site as they are a factory store which works a little differently than their retail location down at the UTC Mall. Their suits are Brooks Brothers quality the only difference lies in that they do not provide any alterations on their suit jackets or pants. They can outsource you to a seamstress who does alterations and is held highly amongst the associates as they have a relationship with the seamstress. This place is great!

I went to try on some shirts and see what they had because it was my first time there and looking online wasn't the same. No one help me and the young lady looked right at me and turned around to attend to some of her own kind of people that walked in way after me. First and last time at this place, I'm guessing they don't attract to many people that looked like me so let's treat me differently. "Never judge a book by its cover" is a great way to train there employees.

First outing besides doctors after 3 weeks of leg elevated honey needs a coat for grand opening came in on crutches got the red carpet treatment opened door and brought out a chair for me to sit 10 stars
