Although I’m very unhappy with their store p/up service bc they said you can order on-line and pick up within an hour. That’s not true what so ever. I was in the store at Ellenton Premier Outlet 7/11/22 and Disappointed to see that the 75% off wasn’t in the store but on-line only. So I ordered the exact same things on-line that we’re in the store. The only difference was the price, on-line was at least $2 cheaper. 2 hours later I went to pick up order and they only had 1 out of 7 items ready. Knowing they had them in the store I was not understanding why? So I asked The answer I got was someone started to fill order but must not have seen the rest of my order. ??? So they either failed to see my complete order on the order it’s self or failed to see the items on the self. Called Customer service and was told that I should have a confirmation email by Friday 7/15 Love the clothing! Poor services

This store has horrible customer service !!! I got to the store at 6:20pm had a handmade sign that will be open soon, but were 3 people inside of the store and around 4 customers, I thought I was bc COVID regulations . They kept me waiting for good 10 minutes, and all people kept talking, employees and customers as a big huddle, then finally the Manager came out open the door left the party leave and came back to me and said “I’m sorry but I have to take my lunch “ I will have to close for 30 minutes” and they have the sign that they close at 7pm!!! Why you have a sign the have the store hours posted when clearly manager are going to disregard the hours of operation !! Store was closed almost 45 minutes earlier and manager apologized for something that clearly is her responsibility!!!! This is a big disappointment !!! I had my 13 months baby with me! I came from 30 miles away TO FIND OUT STORE IS CLOSED FOR POOR MANAGEMENT

Help me understand why stores are not updating their hours of operation online. This site indicates 9pm. The store closed at 7pm. What a waste of gas.
