Good stores, which all the websites work with times every store is open. I went when it said it was open but the individual stores didn’t have same mall times. Thought something would still be open like food / or bathrooms at 10 mins after it closed.

This outlet mall needs a renovation badly. It felt like I was in the 1970s lol. Food court looks like a bad flea market. Lots of stores closing. Do your self a favor and drive a little further to the Tampa Premium Outlets. This place is not even comparable.

"Standard" set up of Simon Premium Outlets.Always nice to stroll trough the mall.Shops as known, mall is clean and well maintained.Plenty of parking and easy to drive to.

Been going for years, seems less is more for higher cost. Manatee statues are gone. Bathroom smelt like raw sewage the day we were there.
