Some of these reviews are extreme.
Dollar generals are a staple of American budgets, and there are many to come by.
None that I have seen are as clean and tidy as this location. The staff is friendly nice. Aisles are walkable and you have a pleasant shopping experience, unlike other stores.
So, 5 stars. This store sets the example.

My cashier was a nice awesome guy named Jeremiah and he helped me save some money while buying gift cards!He was very kind and I am grateful for the kindness shown!

I would rate the level of customer service at zero stars for the employees that were working on October 11, 2024 at about 8:45am. There was 2 female employees working this morning, one was for sure named Cindy, and they were unbelievably rude!!! My husband is in the area doing storm clean up from Hurricane Milton and stopped in to get a bag of ice. I was on the phone with him at the time and heard his conversation with Cindy the store employee. He asked her a very simple question, which was if she knew when the system would be back up and working so that he can deposit funds into his Cash App account since the closest Bank Of America ATM was not allowing deposits at the time. Instead of answering the question and letting him know that she was unsure of when the system would be working, she very nastily and rudely snapped on him. She didn't know that I was on the phone at the time and could over hear their entire conversation. When my husband addressed her on her rude tone she then kicked him out of the store and the other female employee that was on shift at the time started in with rude commentary as well. My husband has left his family to come give a helping hand to the victims of Hurricane Milton in the area and did not deserve to be rudely disrespected by a Dollar General employee. If she cannot handle answering a simple question from a customer without her rude commentary then she should not be working at this establishment!! I beg that Dollar General properly handles this complaint on Cindy and the other female employee that was on shift that morning because I will be escalating this complaint until action has been taken. No customer deserves to be snapped on and humiliated for asking an employee a question about the stores services.

Kathy was very rude and disrespectful watch like a hawk through out entire shop no customer service or warm welcome nastily took possession of my ID for alcohol order to conclude my horrible experience when asked if there’s a trashcan to throw the receipt away, she told me no that right then and there I knew there was some type kind of negative energy Which has made me not ever want to go back Don’t feel comfortable or valued, and this is the 2nd visit I had this week at this location I when never I return

Cheap and affordable stuff there. The service was good. Well when it came to me but there was a guy that walked in the store and was literally shouting hello, anyone here. For a good 10 minutes before anyone came to help him.
