I have just recently started visiting the Earth box Garden center, and I've only had good experiences. Everything I have bought has only flourished. All of the employees there are so kind and personable. I was back a few days ago and interacted with a young man, Nicholas. He was very patient with me even though I bombarded him with hundreds of questions. He never once got annoyed with me he just sat and talked me through everything I needed to know and when I was all done and leaving he even helped me out with my belongings. In all it was a great experience I'll definitely be back. 10/10

Beautiful garden center with exceptional people! They helped me and my daughters pick out the herbs for our box and planted it for us, while also educating us on how to keep it up. Will be back for sure!

Great plants, as well as Earthboxes and supplies. Always someone knowledgeable there who is happy to help you. Roses, tomatoes and herbs are my favorites to grow.

The owner keeps chickens so he has fresh laid eggs. They are unwashed so they can stay on the counter for 3 weeks. The taste is superb.

I’ve been coming here since I was a young one with my parents. This week was the first time I came as an adult and I couldn’t be more impressed.
The staff were not only super accommodating but also so very knowledgeable. I honestly didn’t have the right questions but they knew all the right things to ask to make sure I got the right items for what was being grown.
They also helped me load my car, which is rare these days with the plant places I frequent.
Lastly, they had so many options of plants, flowers, veggies, and herbs to pick from that all looked so healthy! And at such great prices.
There’s so many reasons to go here that everyone should give this place a try if they haven’t already!

The guys who work there are great but the woman behind the counter needs to learn to not be so opinionated and not be right about EVERYTHING! She tries to push her agenda on customers by complaining to them and making the customer wrong no matter what the subject. I endured her wrath for about 45 minutes and how everything I plant is done wrong, despite her not knowing or seeing my plants (which produce beautifully). I was checking out my selections as she would NOT accept my debit card until I purchased more product. Little did she know how close I was to cancelling my order and leaving! She needs to learn to keep her mouth shut and provide customers service not opinions!!!! If she is reading this,.. do some research before you give your opinions and advice.....YOU CAN GROW BASIL AND TOMATOES IN THE SAME CONTAINER!
*After reading the owners response I see she is trying to back pedal from her actions. Please get some help about customers service and learn not to antagonize customers.

So excited to find Earthbox! We were searching for herbs and discovered that we can grow our own on our lanai. Attended a free Saturday class at 10:00 a.m. to better understand the process. Will and his staff were all super helpful and friendly. Very affordable, too!

Stopped by with my wife to pick up an order for a friend. There was a lady behind the counter on her cell phone. We barely had walked into the store when the lady very rudely said, "you'll have to wait 'til she comes out!" We hadn't even looked her direction or asked for a thing. No, pardon me. No hello. Just treated us like we were being demanding with a scowl on her face. I understand that people have personal stuff that comes up at work, but don't stand behind the customer service counter while handling it. And please don't treat me like I'm being annoying for walking into your business.

Very interesting garden place. Every time that we come to this area about twice a year we stop to see what's new and what's growing. My wife has six of these Earth boxes and we live on the east coast of Florida

We have been growing with earth boxes for about six months and this is great for first time fruit and veggie growers. We have picked jalapeno peppers and spinach leaves, the tomatoes are getting bigger and we have fresh basil and garlic chive.
