I've been shopping with Express for years but have stopped shopping because the clothes have become impossible to get on. I went there yesterday and picked up three dresses to try on. After struggling to get the first one, I just did not bother trying the others on because there's no zipper excess. Life has enough struggles. I don't want to struggle with the garments. I'm a petite women 115 pounds. Should not have to struggle with getting clothes on due to lack of access. I'm asking that your company please pay the extra few cent and get zippers and button access back on these clothes

I love the clothing and prices, but the customer service is lacking. The employees are not friendly- no greetings, no offers to help, and no thank you at checkout. They are task oriented and not customer service driven. I believe the company could improve profitability with customer service training.

Horrible customer service from the three individuals on the closing shift of 12/08. Levi the ‘manager’ has zero customer service skills. He was walking around with his headphones blasting obscene music that could be heard even if you weren’t close to him and he couldn’t even hear the cashier was calling for his assistance at the register.
