Think seriously about buying from this location! I putchased two pairs of nike Air Max 90 leather shoes and upon the recommendadtion of the sales rep I was told I should purchase a full size bigger than my normal 9 1/2 shoe size because Air Max 90s and some other nike shoes have a tendency to run small. I bought two pairs of Nike Air Max 90s in size 10 1/2 and after wearing them once and realizing they were to big was told by Nathan at this location that once shoes are worn they can't do anything with them to which I asked so any shoes customera try on in store are immediately unable to be sold because theyve been worn? Obviously his explanation made no sense and he was being dismissive and not caring about the situation his fellow sales rep put me in by making a flawed recommendation. My point is if I were youd Id rather spend my money at a store who stands behind their products and sales not one who takes your money and is disrespectful and dismissive if you have an issue!

Walked in to return a pair of shoes today and was denied! My son needed a new pair of sneakers and insisted on the air Jordan’s in smoke grey and black. When buying these shoes, I was hesitant because they looked used. I asked the man working and he assured me that’s how they come brand new. So I decide to buy. I bring them home and my son changed his mind after testing them around the house, like you would in the store. Stopped in to return today and I can’t because they look used! I learned my lesson. Don’t buy shoes that look used( even if it’s the style)

I bought some shoes more than 2 months ago, I made the return and they never returned the entire money, I called and called and they did not answer my call and I called from another number and they answered me immediately when they saw that it was me asking for an explanation as to why I had not When the money arrived, they closed my call and 2 months have passed like this

Walked in wasn’t greeted or anything the boy at the register just stared at me.. then the guy in back walked up and was like do I need anything… he helped with exchange but he wasn’t very friendly as well.. these guys seem to be annoyed when people walk in

Stopped by at 11am on a Monday. This was the only store closed in the lane. When it did open, all staff members were hanging out in the back. Only one of the 3 came out to help. He was kind and was able to assist, but it didn't feel like we were wanted there. Perhaps we were a bother.
