Having bought 2 Yamaha golf in Sun City Center, I am here to you, don't waste your time and money in SCC . Yoaly., Ron and Nancy are the way a business should treat their customers. They are not pushy. In fact a little too slow for me. The owner was on vacation so had to wait a week to make the deal, but was worth the wait. They fair and show their care about their customers. I won't even think about any body else.

Bought 2 golfcarts from these guys. Was assured we could use our Yard Card credit card for any upgrades specifically new tires when I was ready. Fast forward a year. Bushings in the front and rear are bad so we make an appointment to get it picked up (the cart is lifted and was told all this stuff was replaced as it was 1 of their mechanics personal carts they had on consignment ... is that how long bushing last now..1 year?)get new tires and a couple of other issues. After verifying with the person who made the appointment I could use our Yard Card (which has 10k available credit) i was told by another person we could not use the card. I would NOT have let them take my cart if the guy just told me I couldn't have used the Card. BEING ABLE TO USE THE CARD WAS THE REASON I MADE THE APPOINTMENT. Now I'm out money for a diagnostic fee etc etc because they want to give me the run around. I almost feel like i was trying to be bullied into using another form of payment. Worst customer service ever. Nobody knows what's going on and basically has to ask someone else. Thanks for literally STEALING my money. By reading the other reviews... I would not be surprised if my cart came back in worse shape than it was when it was picked up.

Just as suspected.... mysteriously when they picked my golfcart up. The delivery guy was able to drive it on the trailer. When he brought it back...he had to push it into my driveway.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company here. Their communication is non existent and they lied every single day (5 days instead of 1) about what was happening with my golf cart when all I requested that they did was change the batteries

DO NOT COME FOR SERVICE!! CART WILL COME BACK WORSE. Advise you to look around for reliable and quality work elsewhere. Also, workers will give you different quotes.

PLEASE no one use their services. Went for an annual maintenance and they recommended a for an alignment since haven’t had one recently and they brought it back worse with the alignment. I called back for them to fix it and was going out of the country so they said to call when back and now when I called back they said it’s been a month and will have to charge to fix it again and there was no note the receptionist left for me to schedule it after my vacation.

Thanks to Nancy and team for their courteous service. We rented a cart to provide an extra way to get around while our kids and grands were visiting. Golf Cart Outlet came through at the last minute and at a price that was as good or better than the competition.

This place is SHADY! So glad things that were supposed to work out didn't and we didn't end up with a car from here! Go anywhere else and you will see a major difference in quality. And if Nancy answers, hang up and call until someone else answers. Maybe try being less nasty? But hey, you be you.
