Awesome shoes!!!
After a very disappointing purchase at the nearby Sperry store with their poor quality shoes. I ran over to the Johnston and Murphy store. The salesman (I didn’t get his name) was professional, patient and simply awesome! This young man took the time to show me several shoes and helped me try them on. They don’t do that at Sperry’s. He went to search for what I was looking for and found it! I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Plus he told me if for some reason I wanted to return them “which I never will”, they will refund them even without the box unlike Sperry’s. Best believe for my sneakers and shoes from now on will be Johnston and Murphy!!! Very comfortable! Well made shoes with undeniably fantastic service! Well worth the money! Let me repeat “Very comfortable!” My experience at Johnston and Murphy was so great that it erased the bad mood and lack of refund the Sperry’s put me in!

They were not very helpful. My return has to be made through Amazon. They designate what post office accept returns.

Very pleased with my experience! First class service. Big selection of shoes at a fraction of the price that you will find them at the regular Johnston and Murphy. Very friendly service. I was impressed.

Only been wearing nothing but this brand for work. I came a long way to come to the Ellenton mall to the Johnston and Murphy at 5315. I can see workers inside putting stuff away but the store is closed one hour before it supposed to be. I feel like the corporate office needs to get these people in check because they’re wasting peoples time driving here and closing up their own volition.

My husband and I went to Johnston & Murphy at the Ellenton Outlet Mall in Florida Saturday and had a wonderful experience. Jose Ortega was an awesome sales person. He was extremely helpful so much so we ended up purchasing 6 pairs of shoes and products for the shoes plus a wallet! We highly recommend this store!
