We are from out of town and everytime we come down we shop a lot at this outlet. Today was very disappointing the lady at the front complained about being under staffed, told customers she would rather be at the beach and when I called back to buy multiple things on our way out the doors were locked at least 20 mins early before the closed. Do better! Very disappointing you are on the high end of the outlet and that’s a very bad way to get business.

Employees are miserable in this store. I was the ONLY one in the entire store. I had over 20 items to try on. Not once was I greeted or asked if I needed help. The store was nicely merchandised, but the lack of welcoming really didn’t motivate me to come back. Try again ladies you have a beautiful store that doesn’t match the personalities.

The store wasn't very busy. About 4 customers and myself. No greeting, no smile not even an eye glance. There were at least three employees. The employees were scattered around the store. They were having a full on conversation about being moody and angry. A loud conversation. This made me not even want to ask for any help.

It was hot and miserable outside in the Florida humidity. Of course it was shopping day with my wife. After 14 stores I was beat. I went into the Loft and it was cold inside, the workers were nice, and my wife was waited on hand and foot. I wish men’s stores were like this. I could say Nike or Under Armour could take a page out of this playbook.

Me and my family had a great visit at this store. The employees were very welcoming and even helped calm my child who was having an absolute meltdown. I appreciate the associates going above and beyond!

The employees at this location seem miserable. I was not greeted by anyone even though there were 2 employees near the front when I entered. They just stared with no smiles and gave no assistance. Very unwelcoming store.

Everyone has their bad days but the employee at the register was very rude & needs a refresher on customer service

The customer service here is awful. The woman who assisted me at the register had a very negative attitude and was so impolite it caught me off guard. It was overall an unpleasant experience.

My girlfriend went here recently and they messed up her hair badly. She isn’t happy at all. Messed her up bad her sample photos didn’t come close to results.Wasn’t good service.
