“I receive everything oxygen related from Lincare. After my doctor called in my prescription, Lincare arrived about 3 hours later, hooked everything up and left detailed directions with my son in my absence.
A few weeks later I called in to see if I could get more breathing tubes that attach to my machines. I reached their corporate office somehow that's not in Bradenton, but they nucejt transferred me to the correct location. Unfortunately, after a few minutes on hold we were disconnected. I was going to call them again later in the day, but forgot and didn't call again, ever. A couple of weeks later I received 8 of the connecting hoses in the mail! I don't know how they knew I needed them but there they were and my insurance picked up the cost!
To the gentleman complaining about their pricing...it sounds more like an insurance issue than it does Lincare. Lincare can only do so much and they are extremely comparable with other companies if they don't charge even less in certain items. Call your insurance first, instead of griping on Google and you'll be surprised at who's truly at fault!

“I have been shopping here for years. I am an RN and always shop here when in town. Great prices and incredibly friendly staff. The staff is very knowledgable and helps me figure out what type of medical devices can assist in the health aid I am wanting. Most importantly, they help me figure out which ones won't work as well. They don't just try and sell me something. If they don't have the device- they usually can order it- or sometimes direct me elsewhere. Never a hard sell and they just want to help.”

“I was interested in getting a lift for my small mobility scooter. I didn't want one on the back of my car because that would have made it difficult to utilize the cargo area of my small SUV. I had done some research and found one that I thought would work best for me, but it was only available for order online. I called Mobility Plus and LaNette called and investigated for me; ordered it and Samuel installed it for me very quickly. They were great to work with. I'm very happy and would work with them again.”
