I had an amazing experience at this Michael Kors! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. What stood out the most was how seamlessly the sales team worked together, it was the first time I’ve ever seen retail employees operate with such flawless teamwork to ensure every customer felt attended to. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. The whole experience from start to finish was top-notch. On top of that, they had unbeatable sales that made shopping even more enjoyable. I highly recommend checking them out you won’t be disappointed!

Bad experience normally we come in here always had great experience but this time we came in here a lady Gina one of the employees watch us while we stand outside at 11am store still wasn’t opening up. One of the employees came to the door to knock, we ask her what time store opens she reply 11am she didn’t know why it’s not open. Then Gina open up the door for the employee but close the door still, we ask her “are you not open”? she said, no and close the door. She would only talk through the door but couldn’t hear her. But when a white person came to the door she open and spoke to him professionally. Maybe it’s because color of our skin.

I've had a lot of great shopping experiences at this store, but the last one did it for me. I was Christmas shopping and couldn't figure out what to get so l was in the store a few different times looking. When I checked out the first time the cashier was very sweet and helpful and packed my purchase nicely as it was for a gift. The second time I checked out the cashier was very naive acting and when I asked to wrap up the purchase she said and I quote. "We don't do that here". So I said well the last person did, and this lady says "We don't do that here, IDK who did that for you but there weren't supposed to". I was very thrown back because the whole reason you guys have boxes and tissue paper is to send the purchases out nice. She was lazy, stubborn and unprofessional. Mind you it's been 2 months and I still am upset over this.
