Newby’s management of Fountain View is very much appreciated. Their largest contribution IMO has been to ensure the BOD and Community are in compliance with FL state statutes and governing documents. This along with concentration on community infrastructure must be singled out.

This is the Nicest park that Newby manages. Our Manager, Anita is a caring person who interacts well with all the residence.
