I stopped for fuel and my car wouldn't go into gear. the young lady Christina that was working, kindly came out to see if she could help me and my wife with anything. As I told her what was going on with my car, she immediately started to see about help for me. Thanks to Christina it wasn't long before she managed to get me back on the road so me and my wife could finish out our 2hr drive we had left to travel. Amazing person, and bc of her friendly smile and welcoming attitude, me and my wife will make sure to stop by the one9 every time we pass through town.

100/10 definitely nice friendly female cashiers they were nice professional helpful made sure I had a nice clean good smelling shower facility clean parking lots clean best one 9 I ever been in and I’ll be back every time I come by to fuel up

We had a crisis on my daughter's birthday, our tire blew out on the highway on our way home, close to midnight, and thankfully we were close to the exit onto 301 so we stopped at One 9 to wait for a tow truck. My family and I were so incredibly relieved when April and her crew helped us while we were waiting. When the tow truck didnt show up or call us for over an hour and a half, we left our information with April who was seriously a life-saver, and she let us leave the car in an employee space until the morning to sort out the situation with AAA and have the car towed directly to our shop. Her coworker Christina was also very helpful, and gave us very useful advice which made us feel confident when we were trying to figure everything out. Another bonus of this clean, reasonably priced and convenient truck stop and gas station was that it has 24 hour surveillance, which coupled with April and her stand-up crew gave us all the peace of mind we needed to get through this stressful situation. Thank you so much April and everyone else for your support, our family is so grateful for everything you did tonight!

Literally just a gas station. Only 15 min parking for cars, only useful for trucks.

I just stopped in to use the restroom at store 89 and I have never ever seen a cleaner restroom. There were four girls on the floor and they all greeted me so nicely. Kudos!!!

Ive lived near for over a year now and visit frequently. The entire staff is always very friendly and very efficient. Id give them more stars if possible.

I love the one9 truck stop in Ellenton,Florida. April and Ryan are so polite, friendly, and helpful. Very nice store and clean showers. Highly recommend stopping by.

Was in a rain storm. Pump kept denying my card. Went inside and the cashier was rude on top of the fact that I was already drenched in rain because of their faulty pumps.

If you want good service or a shower, this ain’t it. Ali the manager is one of the problems. There is a larger rude yt lady that is just as incompetent and rude. If zero stars was an option, that would be my rating. I’m going to the beach to take a shower. Pilot needs to look into this location. I’ve been here 5 times. Terrible terrible bad.

If i could leave a review with 0 stars, I would. Everything about this place is repulsive. Lousy staff with clearly zero capability or care to cleaning anything.
Bathrooms: unbearable.
Storefront: smells awful with muck & grime everywhere.
Don’t waste your time, hold your pee for the closest ditch.

Nice clean place with a nice selection. But the guy at the counter josh extremely rude and dismissive. Won't be fueling my rig there again for sure!!
