Like I can’t believe they got everything wrong I ordered a small meal of a chicken sandwich and a coke and they forgot my drink and only gave me mashed potatoes no chicken sandwich at all…? like did they even bother trying to do my order right?!?! Unbelievable don’t go to this place and do not door dash through this place love the food but horrible service and workers never ordering again

It took about 10 minutes to be greeted at the drive thru, and before someone took my order, two other people came on with fake voices and said weird and random things into the microphone. Once I ordered, it took another 10 minutes to get my food while I heard shouting in the background. Stupidly, after all that tell-tale behavior/service, I didn't unbox my order to check for accuracy. I wish I had, because when I got home, I discovered that they had forgotten every side I had ordered. I paid $32 for 5 pieces of chicken and 3 tenders.

Placed order in drive thru. Had to wait on wings, pulled over to wait , realized was over charged . When order came out it was wrong, missing half of what was ordered. Went inside to straighten order out and was met with attitude from shift manager. Order was still not fixed correctly, will NEVER eat here again!!!! Oh and never was given refund that was due.

Have some common courtesy. If you see a line and your debit card machine is down, don't wait until the customer is at the counter to tell them cash only. Make an announcement or have a sign somewhere. People are on their lunch breaks and don't have time to play around.The baldheaded fat miserable he/she at the drive-thru window has a serious attitude problem

2 PC chicken to go, no drink for over 10 bucks? Asked for spicy, nope. Biscuit was sour, essence of gravy on potatoes.I am done with this place, I think I was thier first customer this morning.

I love Popeyes. I was so excited that one was so close when I moved in down the road last year. Alas I seem to have moved near the worst Popeyes I've ever been to. Not once....not one single time have I gone and not had a problem. Forgotten items, wrong items, wrong price. Ask for mild, get spicy. Ask for 3 cinnamon apple pies, get 2 apple pies with no cinnamon sugar. We've called corporate, taken surveys and wouldn't you know it, no one cares, nothing changes. But every few months lol something over takes me and I try again....as I said I do love (most) Popeyes

I love Popeyes chicken, their sides, and their biscuits. They are the best in the business, hands down. But this particular Popeyes located at US-301 in Ellenton, FL is the worst Popeyes (maybe even the worst restaurant) I've ever experienced. They are SOOOOOO slow, there is no sense of urgency at all. The customer is a chore that they have to deal with, instead of a valued commodity that they should be striving to return visit. I've been to this Popeyes location many times over the past couple of years since they opened, but my visits keep getting further and further apart until I'm afraid I will have to abandon this location altogether.I ordered using the app). I chose the drive-thru to pick up my order. When I arrived at the restaurant, there were many cars ahead of me in the drive-thru line (which doesn't surprise me, since I know how slow this location is). I waited patiently, but the cars were just not moving. I debated whether or not to just park and go inside to pick up my order, but since I had indicated drive-thru when I ordered in the app, I decided not to "mess them up" by throwing them a curveball. Finally after 10 minutes (yes, I timed it), when I got to the drive-thru speaker, I told them I had an online order for <my name>, and they said I would have to come inside to pick it up! You can imagine my frustration at this point. I clarified with the lady that even though I ordered my food in the app and specifically selected drive-thru and that this was a personal order (i.e. not a Door Dash, etc), that I still have to come inside to get it? She said (very rudely), "ALL MOBILE ORDERS MUST COME INSIDE TO PICK THEM UP!" Absolutely terrible customer service! I went inside (which I could have done 10 minutes ago, but I was being nice to them... big mistake), and there were four or five customers in front of me. (Did I mention how slow this location is?) In fact, the customer in front of me, who also had a mobile order to pick up, asked a question about strawberry biscuits, and the manager literally got into an argument with the customer, saying that they don't honor national advertising or online advertising. Just awful! (Manager was tall, young black man with dreads... did not catch his name.)When it's finally my turn, I let them know I had a mobile order, and they "checked me in" at that time. What is the point of mobile ordering if I have to check in and then they make my food? I already paid for the food in the app, they should begin making the food, or allow me to check-in via the app and then start making my food.Lastly, when my order was ready, the lady placed it on the counter and did not acknowledge me or even look at me, so I was not sure if that bag of food was mine. So I continued to patiently stand there (I dare not ask about my order, for fear of getting my head bitten off). Finally, after a few more minutes, the lady looked at me and said, "did you get your order?" I said that I was still waiting on it, and she said, "Oh, it's right here." More wasted time. Lack of personal attention. She did not call me by name (which I know is a thing that they strive to have the workers do). She, and the entire staff, clearly did not care about me at all and did NOTHING to make me feel like a welcomed customer.I ordered my meal at 1:54pm, and I did not get my food and get out of there until 2:28pm! UNACCEPTABLE!I hope someone from corporate reads this, and I beg you, please... send someone down to this location and just observe them for 1 day, especially during the lunch shift. The management needs to be replaced by someone who understands that customers come first, ALWAYS!This location does not represent the good name of Popeyes, and I sincerely think someone from corporate should look into this, as it's going to give the chain a very bad reputation.To their credit, the order was prepared properly, and the food was delicious, as always. Horrible half of order missing. No refund no will bring you the rest just a stupid App that offered a 16.00 discount? That does not feed my kids, rip off called place no one answered phone. Wrong flavor or wings, two 6 pc wings boxes for 45.00. I will be calling corporate office to let them know how my kids are going hungry tonight because this place cannot fill a delivery order. I will be spreading the word at church and on my feeds to my followers to avoid this Popeyes because it rips off customers and doesn’t fix the problem. Stay away from this one folks they are horrible.
