I had an appointment at 1.40 pm. I arrived and checked in on my phone and was asked to take a seat. Later everyone else is called in who came after me.upon talking to staff they said system did not recognize you and you have to check your name on screen. What’s the point of phone check in if I have to check in again. I was made to wait till next open appointment that was 2.50pm. Horrible! Horrible service.

Cecil was my phlebotomist and he was professional, skilled, and friendly. Wait time was fast and site was neat, clean, and orderly. Very pleased!

The whole process was organized, facility very clean and updated and scheduling is very easy. Most of all, the staff was excellent at what they do and how they treat people.

Worst phone appointment system ever created. After find my location on the web. I choose apt. The system takes 15 minutes to allow me to find a location again then can’t complete. Then will not let me log in or sign in. Go to Sarasota hospital on sr 64. It takes 5 minutes to have labs completed. And non of this horrible AI catch 22!!!

I showed up 10 min early for a 12:00 pm appt. I waited 1 hr and 11 min before being seen. Customer service was out the window. Person taking my blood wasn’t very pleasant or excited to be there, a first, and when she was preparing the area for the blood to be drawn with alcohol the paper wrapping she dropped on the floor next to the nearly empty garbage - there were others on the floor and a few plastic gloves on the floor. It didn’t make a good impression. Disappointing.

I appreciate this site. It is run smoothly. A lady in the clinic greets everyone at the door first thing in the morning. Then she organizes the appointments and directs people to run things efficiently. My phlebotomist, Katie, was kind, professional and make me feel comfortable. 5 Stars for Katie too!!! I will be back to this location.
* Heres a tip do everything online and when yu arrive at the office check in online so when it opens you can go right in. Makes a smoother process for everyone. Don't have a computer or smart phone no worries they have a computer/ Kiosk inside when you walk in. Hope this helps someone.

The reason people have health insurance is so they do not have to pay for every small procedure. Stop making your phlebotomists into collection agency gorillas for upfront payment before going through insurance.
