Best tire place around I would highly recommend the employees are awesome The work is awesome and he is more than willing to work with you. This is purely a family-owned and operated shop Mom and son took over in the place never missed a beat.

I've been to Richard's for various different reasons over the last few years and I can't begin to tell you how great of a place it is. Even with a few cars in front of me, I've never had to wait more than 30 minutes. He and his employees don't fiddle around. They complete the job fast and provide quality service. There is not a better place for the price and service.

Both times I called Richard, he answered the phone very rudely and hung up on me before I even finished asking my question. Terrible customer service. Would recommend literally any other tire shop.

Brought in tire with a screw puncture. They were not too busy and able to get to it right away. Patched it up remounted it, put in back of vehicle and I was on my way in about 10-15 minutes. Guys were very nice too!

Thought I needed a new spare tire, as mine had gone flat over time and came off the rim, sitting unused in the trunk.
They refilled the tire and tested it, then let me know it was still usable.
They didn't even charge me for this, which was extremely generous!
I will definitely go back for future tire services.

I had a cracked rim. I took in a used rim and had them switch the tire. $28. Ok. Way higher than I would have thought. I looked once I got home and the tire was counter balanced. Weights on the same side of the rim, but opposite each other.
Next morning the tire was flat. I guess my $28 did not include a new valve stem. Forget this place and go anywhere else.

Quick and friendly service. I had called Richard’s on Christmas Eve after one of the big tire chain stores told me I needed an appointment to get my tire plugged. My tire was almost flat and not really holding air. I called Richard’s and I was able to go right over and get it fixed. I was in and out within half an hour with my tire all fixed up. Great experience.
