My 96 year old mother called and orded 2 pairs of sandals over the phone because she can't walk too far. My mother didn't like them,so I called Patty at the store. She offered us to drive to the back door so she wouldn't have to walk that far. Patty or Patricia met us at the door and was so kind and patient. Looked on the computer, then was able to find the correct size and style that my mother was looking for. My mother was able to buy the same 2 shoes that she bought 14 years ago. Patricia went way above and beyond customer service that I have ever seand a retail store. You could tell that she is passionate on her career. Thank you Patricia for all your wonderful care that you showed my mother and I.

I purchased shoes at this location many times, Patricia, has been very helpful, and kind, with excellent customer service.Patricia went above and beyond, what would normally be expected, thank you!!!I ordered a different size, and when they came in, they didn’t fit as well, as the ones they stocked.. Patricia, told me, to keep the ones I originally purchased, as they fit better.I travel 30 miles to shop there, the shoes are the best, and so is the staff!!!

The doctor recommended my father-in-law wear SAS sneakers so we stopped in to buy a new pair. This will be his third pair of SAS Journey size 10 medium and they have been very comfortable and he no longer experiences any of the pain he had. Previously the price was $100ish but now they were $184. There was a $15 discount and it would increase to $20 if you a 2nd pair of shoes were purchased. However, if you don't actually need anything than spending another $150-$200 to save $5 doesn't seem very inviting. Thus, the 4 vs 5 stars. The store is located in the center of the court and has different temporary hours as of Oct 2021. The outlet mall was quiet and there were a handful of vacant spaces (probably closures due to Covid and low foot traffic and less shopping). There are a variety of styles to select from and they carry medium, wide, double wide and narrow in different sizes which is very helpful. The two ladies there were pleasant and helpful which was quite nice. The holidays will be here before you know it and the news reports anticipate less supplies so I hope others are able to get out and shop while the stores have a nice variety and selection.

I have a very narrow foot. It was so nice to walk into a store that did NOT try to sell me a medium width! The sales lady listened to me, measured my foot, acknowledged it being very narrow and brought four styles for me to try on. I purchased a pair of sandals. They feel like I am walking on a cloud. It was a wonderful shopping experience and I highly recommend this store.

I have purchased shoes from SAS Shoes outlet store before. They are the most comfortable shoes that I have had in a long time. This time I replaced an old pair and purchased a second pair in a different style. I use orthotics and they have several lines that are able to use them in. The staff at the store is knowledgeable and very helpful. They did not have my size in one of the styles that I wanted so they ordered it from the factory and it was delivered in less than a week. Very nice people with a top of the line product.

Love their shoes for work. I didn't enjoy the increase in price but I needed a new pair.

Several weeks ago I purchased a pair of the black Navigators for men and insoles to go with them. I spent $250 and can't tell you how disappointed I am in the lack of comfort and stability for the price. I have gout/plantar fasciitis and have been in tons of pain all year because of my health issues...I was willing to spend the money because two years ago my parents gave me the same exact shoes and they worked great! But of course, like all things, they eventually died out on me due to wear and tear...not sure if the company stopped making them the same way and started going cheap or what, but for that kind of money I was really putting my hopes up. My feet are in terrible pain everyday, unfortunately, I don't have time to rest properly because I work two jobs. Anyway, the sales people at the store are nice and helpful, but I will spend my money at Happy Feet or somewhere else from now on.
