Took about 30 minutes to get a withdrawal inside with only 2 people in front of me. They seem to have some sort of "system issue" every single time I'm in. Not the workers fault, they seem to be good, but maybe let corporate know to get some better software/hardware/whatever the issue is.

Worked with Jeremy this morning and it was a nice expirence. He explained everything very well and went above and beyond to make sure I understood what I was doing. Didn’t wait very long for my appointment. Will be returning.

Jeremy Bennett has been a great addition to this branch. His customer service skills are outstanding. He has been a great asset to me in assisting with numerous banking issues. He goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers and to ensure their complete satisfaction. It is a pleasure to do business in this branch again and Jeremy is a big reason why.

Only bank here if you want to wait for hours in the lobby. This location solely made me switch to another bank.

Very good bank. We have been using them for 12 years now. My wife and I never had issues with this bank. They have always were and still are helpful in our banking needs. The staff is small, granted but they are great.

Used the atm on Saturday, 4/13/2024 when I got home and counted my money I was a 20 dollar bill short. Won’t be going back to that atm anytime soon. Prior 3 uses were correct.

Completely ignored by “Banker - Jeremy” at the Truist Bank, Ellenton branch. Waited 20+ minutes to speak to this banker, only one there, who was told by the tellers that we were waiting, only to have him pass by us 3 times and NEVER helped us. Jeremy couldn’t even bother to acknowledge us sitting there and there was no one else waiting to see him. So much for customer service. I wouldn’t use this bank, obviously they don’t want new business. We walked out and will not return.

Worst banking experience ever!!! I’ve banked at other branches, this is the most incompetent branch. I question the safety and trustworthy of the office staff, not the tellers. Use another bank. It’s going on a month and I still have not received my CD. I spent 29.00 to send in information to get my money from my CD. I had to again fax the same information. STILL WAITING!!!They are frauds! They dodge your calls, don’t answer your calls, don’t return your calls. They hold your money. They probably stole it!!!

I needed some documents notorized at 4:30 pm on a Monday after day light savings hour loss. The staff were pleasant and helpful. They had me in and out in a matter of minutes.Great location because of the people.

WORST service ever!! WORST branch management anywhere!!! My husband went in to make his auto loan payment and they could NOT find his loan and told him to wait. Meanwhile several other customers had issues and were told to wait while two bankers in their little glass offices gabbed to each other looking at their phones doing nothing. Unbelieveable...

I have been banking here for almost ten years and typically would have nothing but positive things to say about Suntrust. However, I recently applied for a home loan from here. It was my first time going through the process so I was not sure what to expect and I can say not only was the lender I worked with (Samantha Batties) less then helpful but she was just down right negligent. I put the initial request in December and gave all the necessary paperwork to include my DD214 in the beginning of January. They got my COE from the VA showing that I am fully backed with a VA home loan and all the information about my full time accounting job and current assets. Long story short it was pulling teeth to try and get any sort of information from the lender to the point where I had to call the manager of this branch to get her to light a fire under her to give me any sort of response. After three months of being strung along with multiple weeks of ignored texts and emails I was denied even with a large of amount of liquid assets, a full time accounting job and a 100% backed VA COE. The reasoning they gave was less then helpful and in the comment section it was based on not being able to use my car insurance payments as a reputable source because I decided to pay off the entire year ahead of time (God forbid I pay in advance). After the denial, since it was my first time going through this process, I thought maybe there reasons were justified. I waited a couple months mostly from being bummed but then decided to try for my VA home loan through two other lenders and BOTH got approved within the same week. I talked with both of them about my experience at Suntrust and they told me its the most garbage service and reason they have ever heard for a denial especially from someone who had a COE from the VA. I do not advise any veterans to do business with Suntrust and I wonder how they can let someone with such terrible customer service still work with their clients.
