I had an absolutely terrible experience with Ryan at Tommy Hilfiger. From the moment I walked in, he was dismissive, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in doing his job. I asked him a simple question about a product, and instead of providing any useful information, he gave me a halfhearted shrug and told me to “check online.”
Not only was his attitude rude, but he also ignored customers, stood around chatting with coworkers, and acted like helping people was a massive inconvenience. At one point, I watched him roll his eyes when another customer asked for assistance.
If this store cares about customer service, they seriously need to retrain or reconsider having Ryan on staff. Absolutely unacceptable experience—I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
