Needs more friendly outgoing people, just a hello Is all they offer. Prices are pricey and not affordable, no discounts or deals going on. Please CHECK before trying anything on I found a whole worm growing inside of the pants ?very disgusting and unprofessional you think you are buying NEW clothes

I bought a scrub but did not realized that the pant was tall. Didn't try because I got my size. I brought it to store and couldn't change de pant because the ribbon on the label was white and they" only sell tags on black ribbon. Obious, I removed the tag because was my size until realized that was tall. What a shame, for years my family and I used to buy scrubs in this store.Staff acting like they are the owners, people who buying in here.are professionals. Respect them.

Had a great experience with the staff and Crystal was great!! Great selection and prices were on point and honestly better than amazon. Overall awesome experience, will definitely be back!

Worst customer service experience ever. I am giving 2 stars only because the store itself was nice. They had a verity of brands and sizes. We were looking for xxs and had plenty to choose from. The staff on the other hand was very rude. We wanted purchase 4 outfits. Each brand is a different fit. So we had to keep getting different sizes for tops and bottoms. I am very organized everything is always put back on hangers. They stood around and stared at us instead of asking or helping us. The tone the had when we asked for help was like the could not be bothered. 4 of them standing around while we and others looked. We wanted a curtain material and it would have made are shopping much simpler if they had directed us towards that type. I have shopped at Ellenton mall for a long time and that was the worst experience ever.

Gave this place a few tries, customer service and staffing needs to change or retrained. As a healthcare professional I try my best to maintain professionalism (to not become upset and be vocal at the same time) this place has changed so much. Not sure if management has changed as well. Yes they have scrubs and options but not much of a discount from other retailers

Simply skip ⏭ Dont stop in unless you know exactly what you need and even that expect out of stock. Do not expect any assistance and lower the expectations. Want a better experience just take the drive to Scrub Club on SR 70.
