“I cannot tell you what a pleasure it was to work with Taleen and her husband! I needed two necklaces shortened and had taken them to another prominent jeweler in town who treated me rudely and when quoted the price they wanted for both ($175) I promptly walked out. I decided to go to University Park Jewelers for another quote. IM SO GLAD I DID! Taleen not only showed me that the one necklace already had a slider and I could adjust myself (the other jeweler looked at it and never told me!) and then charged me a reasonable fee to shorten my other necklace!!
