Took my lose alternator for a test and a kid told me that they only test it in the car. If was bad I was going to get a new one. So I went to the next Advance Auto Parts on Cypress by Legoland and I got my alternator tested with no problem and got a new one. Go to the store on Cypress Gardens Blvd, 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ better customer service and people know what they are doing. Don’t go to Eloise Store zero ⭐️.

Amanda is so kind and helpful! She helped us with a warranty replacement over the weekend, and to choose some new windshield wipers. I had to go back to have them put on the next day bc I couldn’t figure it out. There was another gentleman there who helped me and he was also so kind and genuine to assist me, but I didn’t get his name. This location must have great management because all of the employees are so wonderful and helpful! Thank you to everyone that makes it easy to get help with auto parts at this location!!
