So impressed with Ann's Flowers! I ordered a sympathy bouquet and was worried about it being dropped off in the heat as the recipient wasn't available. The team at Ann's worked with me to ensure the flowers made it to their destination in perfect condition. Not to mention, the bouquet was absolutely gorgeous. Extremely happy with the product and customer service - especially ordering out of state. Highly recommend!

I live in Canada and have used this florist for the past 3 years to send my mom flowers on Mothers Day. The first year was a plant and exactly as ordered. Last year and now today again, I ordered premium flowers...added extra to make a beautiful bouquet. BOTH times the premium was NOT delivered. They do not even look as nice as the regular ones online. My advice.....do not spend the extra money on premium from this place...especially if you are not local cuz they rip you off.

I have used Ann's Flowers for many years for different needs
Recently I requested a birthday flower arrangement to be delivered to one of my daughters
On the day, I received a phone call from a very excited daughter. She was quite surprised and the flower arrangement was just like it's picture on the vendor's website.

I HIGHLY recommend Anns Flowers. I order flowers every year for my mother in law and they deliver (even with the day of notice). They always exceed my expectations. I received a call this morning from Mollie at Anns flowers saying that she sees that I have ordered flowers in the past and if I would like to order them again this year. I was so excited to receive her call and Thanked her for going above and beyond. I probably would have forgot to call until next Monday or Tuesday. This is just an example of the excellent service they provide. I know my mother in law will be so happy to receive flowers from Anns Flower shop on her birthday next Tuesday. Thank you Ann Flowers

Not even a close substitution to what I had chosen. Cost over $100. I could not tell if it had a plastic vase, was supposed to be for a cemetery, or what. Very disappointed. My family did not get what I had paid for. Unfortunately.
