Ive never thought about actually writing a review for somewhere… until now. Most of the time you come to the phone store and sit there for hours trying to get things figured out just to usually run into some kind of issue or thing you gotta pay extra, etc etc.. not here with Steven. Upgraded my phone, no surprise charges, in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes. It was joyful to say the least. Please fix your AC for Steven.

My wife and I stopped in with an issue with both phones that were stuck in SOS mode. Couldn’t receive calls or make calls. Kevin really went out of his way to help us. Good guy, AC was inop and he just keep helping us and others. Nice to see a hard working guy. Thanks again. Chuck & Kris Smallman
